Walia is the Vice President Sales and Business Development at Deskera, a South East Asia based software solutions provider. He has held several leadership positions in organizations such as IBM, Unilever and GE and has worked across New York, Singapore, Buenos Aires and Mumbai. Before Deskera, he worked for IBM, where he led software sales in South East Asia for the SME and startups market. Prior to that, he was responsible for business development for IBM’s Analytics portfolio solutions in SEA. Tanvir also worked as a Strategy Consultant at IBM’s CEO’s office in New York. Tanvir holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and Bachelors in Technology from IIT Kanpur.
